RAVENOL has been the “Official Supplier” of Mercedes-AMG Motorsport since last year. The cooperation has a long-term focus and includes the development of high-performance engine and transmission oils as well as the initial filling of the racing cars from Affalterbach. Another important aspect of further development is the saving of resources. An engine oil based on vegetable base oils will be available in the near future.

It is the first product milestone that RAVENOL can set together with Mercedes-AMG Motorsport. The teams will have the opportunity to use this product in the GT cars of the current homologation in the future. Christoph Sagemüller (Head of Mercedes-AMG Motorsport): “Our cooperation with RAVENOL is much more than just a supply partnership. With the Mercedes-AMG Motorsport Super Synthetic 0W-40 product, we have now together developed a motor racing oil which specially fit to our engines and is available exclusively for our customers. In addition, we are working with high pressure on innovative solutions based on vegetable base oils and would like to bring another, even more sustainable performance product on the market here as well.”
